- Welcome to Gin and Tonic, a 4-bedroom coastal beach house in the Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood on 30A. This quiet, convenient location puts the best of the 30A lifestyle within easy reach, with grocery stores and plenty of shopping close by, and everyone gets a comfortable place to land after a day in the sun.
Inside, the first-floor king suite has its own ensuite bath, which is great for guests who prefer to skip the stairs. Upstairs, the king primary suite has an attached bath with a walk-in shower, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed gives a couple or extra guest a cozy spot. The bunk room is a hit with the kids, with a custom-made triple-stack twin bunk offering three beds, plus a foos ball table so game time is always on. 🏓 A second-floor laundry room keeps things easy, so you can rinse off the sand and keep rolling all week long.
Getting around is half the fun here. Your stay includes a 6-seater golf cart, perfect for cruising to the nearby Blue Mountain Beach access with the whole crew, and 4 bikes for anyone who`d rather pedal. 🛺 Blue Mountain Creamery and Redfish Taco are close by too, whether you walk, bike, or ride the cart. 🍦🌮
The home also sits right next to the community pool, with easy access from the back patio. The pool is under renovation until spring 2027, and a play area for families is expected as part of the updates, so there will be plenty of fun right out the back door once it`s complete.
Whether you`re here for a beach getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend with friends, Gin and Tonic gives you room to spread out and the shared spaces to gather together. Come make some memories on 30A!

House and location are great! House is fully stocked with everything you may need. Beach gear is available for use, so no need to haul your own. Golf cart made everything so easy. 10s across the board!

Worth it!
We had two families stay for a spring break get away at the beach. The property was in great condition, just as described! Great location with all the desired amenities! We can see ourselves returning to this property in the future!

Beautiful home!
My family and friends enjoyed our annual Father's Day trip. The home felt like our home away from home! It was nice to see drinks and snacks upon arrival left by the owners. Thanks for providing us a beautiful beach getaway!

Home away from home!
We loved our stay at Gin & Tonic! The short walk to the beach, pool, creamery, & the peaceful evenings in the home made it a wonderful time for all. We hope to make it back to Gin & Tonic again!!

What you expect in a rental!
This place is in a great spot, the house is great. Had everything we needed for the house and the wagon was a great benefit for going to the beach. 10/10 recommendation! We would recommend to anyone!

Great place to relax with family.
Met family from Texas and Kansas, we were coming from Colorado, what a great week! Lived in Florida back in the 70's, boy I miss the beach. Great area, house is wonderful, could not have asked for more!

Stay at Gin and Tonic
My family enjoyed their stay at the Gin and Tonic ! The house was clean , roomy and located in a nice neighborhood! The Blue Mountain Creamery and Red Fish Taco were within walking distance and great to frequent ! You can walk to the beach , but we rented a golf cart to take all our stuff , and it worked like a dream !
We enjoyed our stay , and would recommend!
