Wonderful!

Beautiful home! Quiet, secluded, with peaceful view of the lake. Location is perfect. We loved the gorgeous beach. Everyone we met was so friendly.

best way to relax

My husband and I loved staying here!! We went down for our honeymoon and we were blown away at how peaceful the property was. We were right on the pond and at night time you had your own personal sound machine. The frogs/crickets were unreal! We can’t wait to book again!

Great Place

This was a great location. It is about 1.5 miles from Duckies and Seaside. We rode our bikes and were there within 5mins. The beach is also about a 8 min walk. The house was very clean and plenty of room for our family. The house was a little hard to find. We arrived at dark. When you pull into the entrance drive all the way to the back. You will have to carry your bags a pretty good distance. You will see a wooden walk way. Follow it all the way to the back right side. The house is the last one in the back on the right.

Great Family Getaway

We loved the Bungalow. It was a quiet location, but easy walk to several restaurants. We had family staying at a local State Camp Ground. It was nice to have the space in the Bungalow to have family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and had everything we absolutely needed. We would have liked to have a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but a quick trip to the local Tom Thumb for tin foil and a knife worked! Our 7 and 10 year olds loved the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. It was wonderful to have a quiet place to retreat away from the sand of the beach. The public beach was with in walking distance. We also enjoy the walk along 30A to the food trucks (our favorite was the brisket nachos from Barefoot BBQ), The Perfect Pig (the bacon Bloody Mary was fantastic), and the Beachy Bean Cafe (the iced matcha latte with coconut milk was delicious)! Our only advice is to bring blankets. We did not, as the pictures showed them, but since COVID they do not do comforters. When we as for them they did bring us blankets by the end of the business day!

What a great spot!

Everything was as advertised. We arrived in the dark and had a problem finding the bungalow. Fortunately, someone came out of their unit and asked her where the unit was. She had an arial view of the property and directed us in the right direction. It would be a good idea to have a map available. The TV is very funky! Luckily, we have Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Peacock. However, we had to login with our accounts to be able to view TV. It would be great if there was access to local TV for weather and news. The dishes and silverware could use an update. People complained about the pots and pans but there was a great selection. The East bedroom`s East window could use some room darkening curtains. We would certainly stay there again.

Lovely

Loved having 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and half bath downstairs. We would have liked to have a few more cups and silverware - spoons were oddly very small. Overall, quite lovely. I sprained my knee just before the trip and had a hard time with the distance from parking lot to bungalow and navigating the stairs.

Very enjoyable, great experience.

Very nice. Could use a few nicer stemware items, but that's definitely understandable . Also the community hot tub wasn't working a couple of days. But would definitely recommend it.

Always a wonderful time!!

This is our second time staying at 114 and we just love everything about it! The location is somewhat secluded. The walk to the beach is not far. It truly is one of our favorite places to go. Hope to go again and again and again!

Cute place not far from beach

I would stay here again. I liked that this standalone unit was tucked away in the back and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. Close to anything you need. Plenty of room for a family of 5. I loved doing check-in online and not having to visit an office somewhere.

July Long Weekend

Property was nice. I sent 3 different emails to property management group and never got a single response. I asked for TV instruction, reported microwave not working and 2 out of 3 bulbs out in upstairs bathroom.

Beautiful Retreat!

We were looking for a place to be able to relax for the weeks as a family. Although the area itself is very busy, the bungalow was a quiet oasis and just what we needed. The property was perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved seeing all of the frogs from the pond in front of the bungalow. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Bungalows at Seagrove

My family and I were very impressed with this property. The condo had plenty of room for my family of 4. The pool was very large. I was slightly worried about the walk to the beach. We were the furthest unit on this property from the beach and it took us six minutes, not a bad walk at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely time!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this lovely. Fantastic location, super close to the beach and convenient to great restaurants, etc. Having been traveling to 30a for almost 15 years, I’ve obviously seen the growth and change but very thankful this place remains. Private yet convenient!

We had an awesome weekend. House was set back and overlooked a pond. Had a manageable walk to the beach and a store right across from the public access so that you could get your supplies on the way to the beach! The food in the area was all very good!
