Slightly Lack-Luster

My kids and I (and grandkids) travel to Seaside every summer. We’ve stayed in numerous homes in and around the area. I would say, this particular summer, we were underwhelmed w our accommodations. A clogged shower drain (I fixed), no beach towels (I purchased) no games (I purchased), a lack of living room seating (2 couches and 2 arm chairs are pictured but not present) no extra papertowels/toilet paper/trash bags2 dish towels, 1 dish rag, 1 spatula… Did we have a great time - YES. Was The beach perfect - YES. Will we continue visiting Seaside every summer - YES of course. From a momma/logistics perspective it was just underwhelming. I would like to say we were very pleased w the Santa Clara accessible beach - my grandson is in a wheelchair - and the set up at Santa Clara was really lovely.

It was perfect in every way! Super clean and within walking distance of a beautiful beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and bikes available to us. A nice, quiet family-oriented community. Lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a great spot for a friends or family getaway!getaway

Santa Rosa

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this blue mountain beach rental. The house was beautiful and had some nice amenities including tons of beach gear- chairs, floats, stroller, toys. They had 7 bikes to use which were nice for my kids to ride around the gorgeous neighborhood. Loved the full length mirror and lots of bath towels! Kitchen could use a can opener, pasta spoon and bathrooms could use shampoo and conditioner. It’s about 2-3 blocks from the public beach. Be prepared to walk with your beach gear or get dropped off because parking at the beach is VERY limited. Cute beach towns with restaurants and shopping are all very close. Only negatives were no shampoo and conditioner and lots of emails from management (10 in one day). Management said emails were automated. Would be nice to decrease emails and texts. These are minor issues. Overall it is a lovely rental and I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful house in peaceful neighborhood

Our family ranging from 7 months to 73 stayed here over Thanksgiving 2020 week. The house was very clean and neat. Beds and linens are high quality and comfortable. Some rooms have a lot of storage space but the master bedroom upstairs is short on drawers. Bathrooms are modern and good sized. No shampoo or bath soap is provided so plan ahead. Laundry is convenient to most bedrooms. Some laundry soap is provided. The pantry was wonderful! Lots of space for food, drinks and paper goods. The kitchen is open with a good amount of workspace. Many spices, oils and baking items are provided. Refrigerator is tight on space for a large group. The couches and chairs are comfortable and nice. The upstairs TV room was wonderful for the children. The bunk beds have drawers underneath them and are so cute. All of the decorations are beautiful, fun and beachy. The single car garage was clean and held an array of beach toys and chairs for us to use. Three bikes were broken when we arrived but Chad quickly took care of the problem and had someone bring two brand new bikes to the house for us to use. So, now there are 4 working bikes. He was very quick on responding to any questions or needs that we had during the week. The yard is tiny but very nicely landscaped. The house is a quick drive or short bike ride from the beach. We've been staying on 30A for 36 years and some of our favorite restaurants are very close to this house. A great grocery store is just a short drive away. This is a quieter part of 30A and a wonderful area to stay in if you are new to 30A. The neighborhood pool is right around the corner and looks very nice. Yes, a house is being built next door but we were up earlier than they arrived and it wasn't very noisy anyway. I highly recommend this house!

Blue mountain Beach

The property is in a great location walking distance to the beach approx 10min. There was construction on the home next door started around 7:30 in the morning so sleeping late was not an option. Also kitchen items ie; pots and pans needed to be updating. 4 bikes on the property only one work properly. The Owner responded quick about concerns and answered all questions.

Texans love 30A

This is our fifth year driving to 30A and staying in this neighborhood! By far, our favorite house! The house was beautiful and clean. The second living room upstairs was perfect for our kids. Quiet, family friendly community! Looking forward to Summer 2020!

50th Anniversary celebration

Our stay at Blue Mountain Beach was perfect! The beautiful house was well stocked and just what we needed for our family of eleven with four dinner guests most nights. The three king beds were very comfortable and the bunk room was a hit with the younger guests! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Get Away

My family and I truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful beach house. Beautiful, clean, amd so close to thr beach. I loved the cute and well stocked health food store that was within walking distance and my husband and children enjoyed the ice cream shop.
