Perfect Family Vacation!!

House was beautiful and clean. The floor plan was set up perfect for a bigger family. Location was great and even though it was right next to 30a it was very quiet. House had everything we needed. My only request would be to add beach towels for pool and beach! We would be very happy to stay here again!

Trip to 30a

The house was great for our group! Lots of king beds + each family/couple had their own bathroom. The common area is much larger/more open in person than photos suggest. And having a pool was a great addition! The location to restaurants was awesome. It was a quick walk or golf cart ride to coffee, ice cream, several dinner options, etc. The beach access points (not the fault of the host) were tricky with babies (5 kids/babies 2 and under) — the lake had flooded and we had to go through water (knee to waist deep depending on the day) each day to get to the sand and back out. The other beach access nearby was “public” but you had a very small area to use, and there were signs everywhere that you couldn’t put up a canopy or tent (which with toddlers and babies isn’t an option to not have the coverage.) Overall, the house was beautiful and well equipped and the host/property manager responded whenever we needed to ask about something.

Awesome House!

The house has everything you need and more!!! It is .5 miles to the beach, but the 6 seater golf cart helped with those who didn’t like to walk and with all the beach supplies!!! I highly recommend this home!!!!
