DETAILS:
142 Mystic Cobalt Street is a magnificent pet-friendly, three bedroom cottage in the pristine Park District of WaterColor. With its ideal location of being just two blocks away from the beach, WaterColor Beach Club, shops and restaurants, this beautiful property is sure to please.

You are greeted with a charming screened porch complete with a wooden chartreuse green floor and generous seating for all to savor their morning coffee while observing the many bicycles leisurely rolling along. Step inside to find a modern styled, open layout floor plan with tall ceilings and second floor balcony overlooking the alluring living room set and beautifully crafted floor to beam fireplace. Just off the living area is a spacious kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, granite countertops and seating for five at the bar. Enjoy a delicious meal with those you love at the custom wooden dining room table that will comfortably seat eight.

Conveniently located on the first floor are two bedrooms, laundry room and a half bath. The first bedroom on the first floor is the master suite hosting a king bed with a private bath including a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom on the first floor is a spacious full bedroom that additionally pairs with a private bath with walk-in shower.

Continuing to the second floor of this delightful abode is the third bedroom. Adorned with a vaulted ceiling, this family friendly room hosts a king bed along with a built-in twin over twin bunk bed. Down the hall, an additional set of built-in twin over twin bunk beds reside, allowing the home to sleep a total of 10 guests. The second floor shares a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For added guest convenience, this rental includes four adult cruiser bikes in addition to a six-passenger street legal electric cart to explore the beautiful 499-acre community of WaterColor.

This was a wonderful property in a perfect location. We enjoyed the watercolor beach club and the beach daily. We walked into seaside for dinner at night and barely used our car the entire time we were there.

Great Watercolor house!

This house was so great for my two teenage girls. We were within walking distance to the beach/pool, but the golf cart was there in case we didn’t feel like walking. Quiet street with easy access to Watercolor and Seaside town centers. Will stay again.

Loved the house, but…

Overall I loved this house and location… but I agree with another review below that the king sized mattress in the primary bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. I had to sleep in the smaller guest room which has a small full sized bed. That mattress was better but still not great. For these high rates, the mattresses should be better. Also the grout needs to be cleaned in the primary bath shower. If you fix those two issues, I’d give it 5 stars.

We rented this house for 3 weeks in January/February. Usually I am sad when our winter vacation is over, however, this time, I was glad to leave. The house was not as advertised, in desperate need of a deep clean (black mold, filthy grout), and was far from a “luxury” property.

We loved the home and the convenient location to both Watercolor and Seaside. The home is beautiful with a nice layout. We had a fabulous time visiting Watercolor Beach Club and the other amenities around Watercolor. We had everything we needed. The golf cart was a tremendous perk.

Lovely home, needs some friendly touches

The home was almost perfect for the size of our party . We were 3 couple so we needed at least 3 queen beds. The house had 2 kings and one double. The third couple did not enjoy squeezing into a double bed. We were disappointed to find no stereos or wifi speakers available for our use. Also, something as simple as salt and pepper shakers or a candle to light we’re not available. I suggest you pack everything you are going to need. Finally, the house comes with a golf cart that is in desperate need of new brakes! Be very careful driving it, you practically have to brake with your own feet to the pavement.

7 Nights in Watercolor

Great area, long morning walks with the dogs were the best! Screened in porch were perfect for morning coffee and cooler day card games. Great room set up is open and spacious with very comfortable furniture. Kitchen had everything all our cooking needed. Appreciate 2 master suites with large private baths, king beds were very comfortable. Enough parking for 2 very large vehicles. Golf cart was fun and a nice add for the shorter excursions. This was a great family get away, we felt safe in the community, dined in a couple of the outdoor spaces, plenty of dog friendly areas, and the landscaping was always pristine. The beaches, the 3 we went to were amazing, beautiful in every sense of the word, clean, not too crowded, and easy access. The home truly made this trip so enjoyable and allowed us to always feel like we were home!!

Great location with a pet

This property was so convenient to stay in. It’s very spacious and very clean and to be able to have our dog was just perfect! Also loved having the 6 seat golf cart included. We have had to rent that in the past. Kitchen was very well appointed also. Will totally stay here again!

Straight Outta Lockdown

We choose this property in Aug 2019, and had our fingers crossed that the lockdown would open up before we had to cancel. 3 days before our checkin date it was lifted. It was a great vacation for the whole family and the property was fantastic. Perfect location, well equipped kitchen and overall very comfortable. Loved the large screened in porch and bedrooms/bathroom setups met all our requirements.

Best Christmas Ever

Beautifully decorated and perfect location. Three generations all thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay. Kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for holiday cooking and baking. Everyone could do their own thing but still feel connected the whole week.

EXCELLENT VACATION PROPERTY!

The property description does not do the location of this rental justice. It is in the perfect location! Directly across from the Watercolor Inn and all the shops and restaurants, beach access, boat house, open field, and pool! House is fantastic. Sanders Beach Rental was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. The mattress in the master suite could stand to be more comfortable, but that is my only suggestion. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped, screened porches were perfect for use all day long. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. We will be back next year...hopefully for 2 weeks!

Easter Beach Vacation

Lovely cozy home located just walking distance to the beach and everything in watercolor. With a short bike ride to Seaside and the Watercolor pools my kids stayed on there bikes and the golf cart made it nice when they got tired. The home sleeps 10 comfortable and is very inviting. The rental company I can not say how amazing they were and always a text away from any question!! We will be back next year and can’t wait to make more memories ❤️

Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Loved the golf cart. Beds comfortable. Couches have seen better days, but the house is set up for your pooches to have a vacation too. Three very short blocks to the beach and close enough to walk to all of the Seaside attractions. Perhaps not the best TV set up if that is important to you, but worked ok for us.
