Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Surrounded by natural green spaces and parks, guests will love the quick walk across the street to the nearest beach access and the private beach club in WaterColor. With over 4,000 square feet of living space, relaxing in the private pool, cosy TV room, and upstairs balcony is easy!

Experience spectacular Florida living in this inviting 2-story home adorned with a beautiful, clean beach aesthetic. Sink into the plush slip-covered furniture while enjoying the company of loved ones or catching up on the news. An adjacent TV room provides the perfect setting for a family film night or a cosy retreat to entertain the kids. Finally, the Carriage House enjoys all the comforts of the Main House, including a living area, stocked kitchen, and guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Cosy!

Whitecaps is a spacious retreat in a great location! With on-site parking—plus 5 complimentary adult bikes—it’s easy to explore shops and restaurants in Seaside or Grayton Beach.

*A Low-Speed Vehicle is not included with the rental of this home. The WaterColor HOA only allows Low-Speed Vehicle rentals through the Electric Cart Company, on a limited, first come first serve basis. You may contact the Electric Cart Company directly.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to fines.
