This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A, comes with 4 bikes as well as access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor & all additional Watercolor pools. This home comes with 10 wristbands, people age 5 and up are required to wear them.

This newly remodeled 4 bed 3 bath Florida Beach cottage located in the Tennis District of Phase 1 of Watercolor has many advantages! Close to Tennis Courts and Camp Watercolor as well as Seaside. The porches in the front and back are the perfect size to enjoy family time. Great flow as you enter with open family room and kitchen connected to both front and back porch.First floor master bedroom The galley style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and over looks the spacious open living/dining area. An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom completes the first floor. The second floor of the home offers an additional bedroom and also a bunk room that the kids will love!

Long weekend trip

The host and the communication throughout our stay was great- the house, however could use a major refresh. Everything was a little worn and dingy. Paint was worn and chipping. The beds were not comfortable, the towels and linens were dingy. The sofa, chairs and seat cushions were all dirty and stained. There were only 4 spoons in the silverware drawer. We have come to Watercolor for years and this by far was lowest on our list as far as quality. But time with family at the beach is always great, just would not rent this particular home again.

Excellent location!

We stayed with a group of teenagers and parents, and we all appreciated the proximity to the beach, pools, and other amenities. The layout worked well for our multi-aged group.

Lovely home

It is in a great location, it is a good size for a small family. They had lots of toys for the beach, which saved us alot! The management agency was truly the best I've ever had on 30A. Thanks for the great stay. I would invest in a new mattress for the back master and clean out the windown sills. The backporch was truly my favorite spot in the entire home!!!

Just OK

This beach house is in a great location, especially if you want to be close to restaurants in Seaside. The house needs to be better taken care of. The paint is chipped off of most baseboards and drawer edges. The bed in the master needs to be replaced. The slip covers on the furniture in the living room need to be replaced, there are major stains all over them. They are missing several items in the kitchen, like a wine opener! Bathrooms are small and not much storage space. House backs up the the pickle ball court so if you sit on the back porch be warned. In my view, the house is just not up the the standard of most places in Watercolor.

Great location

This house is the perfect location to get to food and beach. The house had great porches and comfortable beds. Our biggest suggestion would be for this house to get a good cleaning. Nothing was “gross” but a lot of buildup on baseboards and other surfaces-an easy fix! Otherwise, perfection!

FANTASTIC WATERCOLOR VACATION

Our stay at 17 Lyonia Lane was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed sunny skies all week, and our accommodations were everything we wanted. GREAT LOCATION for getting to Seaside, as well as close to camp Watercolor and the beach club. Very private cul-de-sac with tennis courts behind the house make this an ideal spot for quiet relaxation, but perfect for easy bike rides around the property. 5 stars for this property and Beach Habitats 30-A
