“El lugar es bonito, los colaboradores son atentos he ido a la propieda desde hace más de 13 años en varias ocasiones y es la primera vez que consigo las piscinas con el agua un poco Opaca tomar en cuenta aspirado del fondo de la piscina. Pero si vale la pena en relación a precio /calidad”

El personal, todos sin excepción súper amables. Los tiempos en servir los alimentos a los comensales en el restaurante también se podrían mejorar SERVICIO EXCELENTE Y MUY BIEN UBICADO”

“Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to……

“We drive 4 hours from Guatemala City to this place the property have no reception we had to wait for the person in charge to get there no toreos o. Pool tv not working I can go on for the money we paid not good ”

“No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios……

“This Penthouse is in excellent condition, very clean, fully equiped, nice decor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The public and recreational areas are in very good condition and clean, swimming pool is nice and big. the complex is beach front which is very convinient. ”
