There is poor cell coverage in this area. We recommend taking note of the directions to the home, WiFi password, and access code beforehand. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Do not touch wildlife. The area is home to snakes and mountain lions. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch, but may not be for everyone or suitable for small children or pets.

EVENTS
Strictly no events or parties allowed in this home.

NOISE
Please don't create excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk eviction.

SECURITY
For security, there is a camera facing the main door and mechanical room in this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above (8) to avoid cancellation of your stay. Additionally, only 3 vehicles may be parked.

TRAILS
Please note that there is no direct access to vineyards, the lake, or hiking trails from the property. However, the surrounding area is beautiful and located within an active bee farm, so some level of wildlife should be expected. If you're looking to enjoy lakeside spots, vineyard visits, or hiking, there are nearby locations that offer those experiences, though they are not included with the home booking.

POOL HEATING
The pool is open only during the warmer months, April through late November. A $200 per day fee applies for pool heating throughout this period.

Let us know at least 4 days before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Heating the pool will take up to 2 full days during warmer weather and up to 4 full days in cooler weather.

The pool is cleaned and chemicals are adjusted weekly on Tuesdays.


PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please read up on the Wander Rules page for more information on our pet policies.
