3-bedroom villa with a private pool, spacious living area, and breathtaking views from every window. Complete privacy — the villa is not visible to neighbors, so you can truly relax. Absolute silence, with no city or highway noise, yet the Puerto de la Cruz promenade is only 10 minutes away.
The pool is heated year-round by solar panels. For those who prefer extra warmth, optional additional heating up to 26°C is available for €200 per week.
Private parking for two cars.
Netflix, fast Wi-Fi throughout the villa, and a premium massage chair:

– 3 speed and 3 intensity levels
– 28 pressure therapy airbags
– Ion generator
You will forget about the outside world the moment you step into Relaxing Villa. The house has no steps, and the entire ocean-facing side is made of glass. A large sliding glass wall opens the terrace, filling the home with fresh ocean air.
A cozy barbecue area with a Weber gas grill, round dining table, and tropical plants offers shade and comfort.
A jogging track, sun loungers, retractable awnings, and thoughtful details create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
Two sun-facing bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Relaxing Villa is a private property rented directly from the owner. Everything in and around the house is at your disposal, with the sole exception of the closed garage, where personal items are stored. Parking for two cars in front of the house is included.
Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome basket with champagne and fruit.
If you arrive late or travel with a small child, you may order a pre-arrival grocery service — I will personally arrange everything you need.
The kitchen is equipped with a water filtration system.
The villa is professionally cleaned after each stay in accordance with current hygiene standards.
Shortly before arrival, you will receive a link to complete the mandatory tourist registration via partee.es for all adult guests. This step is required for check-in.
The villa accommodates only the guests listed in the reservation. Additional visitors are possible only with prior approval.

A little slice of peace
We absolutely loved the villa and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. The perfect space to relax and unwind with everything you needed. From the gift basket on arrival to the fact that there were all the necessary items (shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom and salt pepper coffee and oil in the kitchen) available on arrival. This villa was set up for a relaxing break. The beds were big and comfortable, the aircon units worked great and the main bedroom curtains closed completely meaning that it was quiet and dark for sleeping (the second bedroom was lighter so a facemask is needed for sensitive sleepers). The pool was easy to use and delightful after a long day of exploring. And sitting out for breakfast and watching the wildlife was a joy I didn’t know I needed in my life. Birds, lizards and butterflies just wonderful. And oh wow the massage chair!! 20mins on that every day of the stay and I’m in such a better physical state now than when I arrived! I want one!! You definitely need a car for this villa but you are right on the motorway and can easily get around the island to all the towns and exploring spots within 60-90mins. Thank you to our host Igor for his hospitality and welcome. We will be telling friends and passing on your details.

Igor was a great host!
The house and the surrounding terrace were absolutely beautiful. The pool was heated and we enjoyed our swims.The view was incredible, during the day and at night. We had a direct view of the Teide. The only difficulty was that we could not walk anywhere or go out by wheelchair, the streets were very steep and the driveway is very narrow. However the house itself and terrace were perfect for the wheelchair,We had a great stay and would recommend this property absolutely!

The view from the property is breathtaking. The property drive is on a steep hill so if driving a stick shift on steep hills is not your cup of tea, it can be stressful. Plenty of room in the home .

Panoramic vistas in Santa Ursula
Igor is a fabulous host and the home was very clean and well appointed. The views of Tiede and Puerto de la Cruz are fantastic....especially at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Far from the madding crowd
An idyllic location, stunning views and a pool. When the sun shines (which it did all the time we were there), it's an ideal place to stay.
The nearby town of Santa Ursula has a wide range of shops for all your supplies and plenty of restaurants for when you want to eat out.
We will be staying here again.

Super Lage mit Aussicht auf Teide und Porto Cruz
Das Haus und die Anlage befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Die Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick ist super.
Leider war ein Teil vom Geschirr nicht gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit von Bad und den Räumen war gut. Ist aber noch zu Verbessern! Eine Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume ist zu empfehlen.
Der Gesamteindruck war gut und wir verbrachten schöne Urlaubstage in der Anlage.
