“We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us.”

“The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay. Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which……

“Even before we arrived, the communication with our host was very pleasent. The house itself is very nicely located in a small area of Santanyi close to the ocean. It is quiet but not too remote, you an read supermarkets, cafés and resteraunts within minutes. Same goes for the beach. Everything was 100% clean, there is a big TV in the living room and a nice BBQ in the garden. The kitchen is VERY well equipped, so if you like to go the market and cook for yourself you will be quite satisfied. I……

“Wir sind in der Nacht angekommen und haben uns sofort im Haus wohlgefühlt. Am nächsten Morgen kam dann der Wow-Effekt als wir auf die Terrasse gegangen sind. Bei diesem schönen Blick auf das Meer, will man die Terrasse gar nicht mehr verlassen. Vorteil und Nachteil zugleich ist, das man sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung befindet. Ideal wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen will. Nachteil ist, dass man zu Fuß nur die 2 wirklich schönen Badebuchten erreicht. Ohne Auto ist man……

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht……
