Steps away from Parque Arauco Mall, and Kennedy highway which can take you in just minutes to the airport, ski centers or downtown.

Bright, charming and decorated with Deep Forest theme, Arauco Retreat is ideal for those looking for a modernity and the best location in Santiago. The studio is comfortable and spacious, offering a nice bedroom, connected to a very well equipped kitchen and private parking.

Building is fully equipped with a gym, sauna, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

The Space:
Building with gym, swimming pool, ample parking and for visits. Security 24 hours. 3 minutes walk to Mall Parque Arauco.
Easy access to highways and less than 30 minutes from the airport.

Guest Access:
Swimming pool, heated pool, gym, sauna, indoor park, SUM (Multipurpose Room), own parking and for visits.

The Neighborhood:
Las Condes has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Santiago, with a largely diversified streetscape which ranges from commercial gourmet markets to offices and high-end apartments. An interesting combination of innovative urban architecture, large parks and various shopping centers make this community one of the commercial, financial and touristic hotspots of the Chilean capital.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend using Uber to go anywere is safe and cheap. Second option would be use subway (safe, cheap and fast), Chilean subway is upon 5 best subways in the world.

Nice property , well located , and super convenient

Fairly new property , well maintained and conveniently located walking distance from restaurant and shopping. It also included parking which is almost a just due to no street parking availability One caveat in the how days of summer is that has no AC ( just a large fan) so you got to be ready to roll with that
