NO ES UN HOTEL - IT ISN'T A HOTEL

No es un hotel, mas un hostal de buena calidad. El estacionamiento posee una única plaza. El desayuno es sencillo y uno deve lavarse sus vasos y platos... Nuestra cama queen size, era princess size... Habia un desnível entre la habitación y el baño y cualquiera con más de 1,70 de altura tendría dificultad de utilizar el inodoro, pués está demasiado cerca de la pared. Pero la ducha estava muy bien.

Localização do hotel é boa , porém a cama do hotel não é confortável a cama de casal e dívidida no meio causando um desconforto , coberta para dormir não são igual as que estão mostrando nas fotos que tem no perfil do hotel achei isso meio desagradável colocar um edredom top para foto e quando você chega lá é totalmente diferente.

Lindo, pero sin lujo

El hotel está muy bien hubicado, a 3 cuadras del subte y del costanera center. La zona es hermosa y el personal súper agradable. Las habitaciones son chicas, pero equipadas con aire acondicionado y duchas privadas.

This $112USD room felt more like a $50-75 room. Rooms are very small, dusty and simple. It would be much better if the price was more reasonable.

nice hotel in providencia

its very well located, the staff members are extremly helpfull and nic, they made me feel at home! The internet wifi wasnt that great at the second floor but it was ok. I would totally stay again in Intiwasi, it was a great experience, I really felt like I was home.

Hotel bom, com excelente localização,limpeza e café da manhã dentro dos padrões desejados. O aquecimento dentro do quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor. Uma excelente estadia para poucos dias. Happy Hour as quintas e sextas-feiras no restaurante do Hotel.Os hóspedes perdem um pouco de privacidade, pois fiquei no quarto ao lado do restaurante e se ouvia as pessoas conversando bem alto.

Destacado por su ubicación

El hotel es bastante lindo, chico, tiene clase de hostel, aunque con mas privacidad. Esta ubicado en una excelente zona, barrio muy tranquilo y lindo. A pocas cuadras del shopping Costanera y muy cerca del metro y buses. La atención del personal es óptima. Buen punto el desayuno incluido aunque podría ser mas variado, el café siempre frío... Es muy recomendable en función de su tarifa.

Safe, friendly and convenient B&B-type hotel

We love this place as it is the perfect size, in the perfect location, with lovely staff and rather strangely decorated rooms that have more character than most. I did think that we were a little hard done by this time as I booked a larger-sized room but it still seemed pretty cramped. The bathroom could also do with a bit of a revamp. Nevertheless, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and we feel right at home, which is very important to us. More of a B&B than a hotel but definitely superior to a hostel.

Overbooked ? What are my rights?

I arrived at 9 PM for a 2 night stay with a guaranteed reservation. All looked fine at checking in, I had a good sleep and I had to leave next day early at 7h30, so I was is too early for breakfast (only starts at this time). In the evening I came back after very intensive day for my second night, I found my luggage taken out of room ! Reason : 'My credit card was not valid?' First of all : why my credit card was accepted during reservation, given as guarantee, and later on refused? No clear answer. Furthermore they requested me to pay that first night... I only had my so called refused credit card. but when coming down to payment it worked well... I asked if I can get back in my room, they said : no, already taken by some body else. But surprisingly they already had a solution : they reserved apartment on other side of street. As I had no choice, language issues, I was tired, I accepted : horror...they put me in a very cheap apartment, no breakfast or internet, value might be not even half price but they forced me to pay in cash before I could get in apartment same amount as in hotel, bye bye money... So, sorry, never again, I was not handled correctly, never seen this before. I think they overbooked hotel otherwise this is a very strange way to treat the customer.

Great location, spotty breakfast and maid service

From the outside, this is a charming hotel shaped like a Swiss chalet. Location is excellent, close to Avenida Providencia and walking distance to markets, restaurants, and shops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The downside is that rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom. Every day the maid moved our stuff around in the bathroom so that we had trouble finding it (evidence that she cleaned, though). Also, breakfast was always problematic because food supplies *always* were low or exhausted; this included plates and napkins. However, when we pointed it out to the reception staff (who took care of breakfast), they promptly and cheerfully replenished missing food --even going to the market to do so once. This issue arose because this is a small hotel and, evidently, they are concerned with waste and do not periodically check whether there is still food in the breakfast room. There is a kitchen adjacent to the breakfast room; the kitchen staff cook for a cafe that the hotel runs. When we and other guests asked the kitchen staff to help out with the food problem, they seemed irritated and stated that it was not their job. A sign directing guests to check with the reception staff for such matters would have been helpful. In summary, a charming hotel that is excellently located but rooms are very small, maid service was problematic, and breakfast service was spotty.

Hotel simpático e confortável. Achei minha estada bem satisfatória. Observo apenas 2 itens que deveriam melhorar: o café da manhã (sem variedade e restrito) e o aquecedor do quarto(nao fornecia calor adequadamente).Ah, outro detalhe: o box do chuveiro e estreito, pessoas obesas podem ter dificuldades em tomar banho. De resto, aproveitem!
