Horrível

Primeiramente fomos enganados na chegada, onde nos informaram que a máquina de cartão de crédito não estava funcionando e fomos obrigados a efetuar o pagamento em dinheiro (onde fomos enganados na conversão de cambio e assim pagamos um valor a mais). Depois, nos informaram que não havia internet, nada de wifi para os hóspedes. Coisa que anúncio diz que tem disponível. No banheiro não havi secador de cabelo, outra coisa que constava no anúncio do hotel. Banheiro alagava totalmente, sem box, sem ralo fora da área de banho, para escoamento da água. Finalizando, não se hospedem nesse hotel...totalmente mentiroso nos anúncios!

Decepcionante - parte ruim de uma ótima viagem

Frustrante.. Não existe procedimento de checkin/checkout, apenas um funcionário (porteiro) que não tem nenhuma informação além do valor que deve ser cobrado. Foi cobrado uma taxa que não deveria ser cobrada conforme anúncio e mesmo mostrando a eles não teve jeito. Não tivemos assistência nenhuma durante a hospedagem, o wi-fi não funcionava no quarto e só conseguimos resolver no 3° dia após muita insistência. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, odor péssimo, banheiro sujo e com azulejos quebrados, portas que não fecham direito, infelizmente tivemos uma experiência ruim. O ponto bom é a localização, realmente muito boa.

fue rapido sin problemas, lo que si habia pulgas por lo que la limpieza dejo un poco que desear y las ventanas no tenian seguro lo q no me dejo dormir muy tranquilo, ordenado, seguro, amables.. todo lo demas bien. quizas deberian incluir pasta dental

싸게 하루 묵을 수 있는 호텔

체크인하는데 너무 오래걸렸고, 어렵게 배정받은 방은 아직 청소가 안되어 있었어요. 다른방으로 바꿔주셨으나 역시 사진과는 달리 너무 낡고 오래되고 청결하지 못했습니다.

Mal, las fotos que promueven el lugar ni se parecen a la realidad, mal olor en las habitaciones, manchas por todas las superficies, pésimo estado de las instalaciones. El entorno del lugar lleno de alcoholicos y drogadictos.

Inconformidad por no disponibilidad de hotel.

Me fue muy mal porque nunca pude alojarme en el hotel ya que cuando llegue no tenía disponibilidad y dijeron que ellos no se hacían cargo. Y por la aplicación la reserva no se pudo cancelar por lo que me generó un costo por un servicio que nunca utilicé. Un pésimo servicio. Solicito que se genere la devolución de la reserva.

I ♥️ Bellas Artes

A localização é o grande diferencial, imbatível! Fiquei 10 dias, andei por toda a cidade, e sem dúvida alguma esse apart tem o privilégio d uma localização ímpar, q nos faz relevar as suas questões a desejar. No geral valeu a pena, me hospedarei lá novamente c/toda certeza!

Misprented by photo!/

The picture above COMPLETELY misrepresents the room. That purple rug is in the living room and would never fit in the small bedroom. They must have set up the living room to look like the bedroom. The place is fine and clean, but expect a lived-in apartment, not a hotel-like experience.

fui de trabajo a santiago, el hotel muy limpio y seguro, en una excelente zona de la ciudad y a 30 pasos de la estacion del metro, en esa zona todos los dias hay lugares para desayunar comer o cenar y a buen precio.
