“My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor. I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.”

“Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room. Breakfast had a good variety, continental but cheese and hams with everything you would expect. More than filling. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We loved every aspect of this……

“Hotel recientemente renovado por dentro y en proceso de ello por fuera. En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande) El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma. No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn. Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al……

“We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were here for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious. We had a balcony that faced the water, but it was a standing balcony. You could not have any chairs out there. The views were spectacular and the hotel is very well maintained. The only complain I have is that it is advertise that they have a spa and they do not have a spa. It closed during Covid and never opened. Also, there is no pool. Our days at the hotel at the time the temperature was extremely hot in……

“Lo mejor es el precio ajustado. Habitación no tiene insonorización alguna (te despierta cuando alguien cierra la puerta de su habitación o caminan por el pasillo o suben y bajan la escalera). Desayuno descrito como excelente, es ofrecido por un café y pan (ni huevo, ni queso, ni ningún tipo de embutido para acompañar; solamente aceite, tomate y mermelada). Creo que sería mejor no incluir el desayuno en el precio de la habitación y cobrar este servicio a parte. Y ofrecer este servicio de desayuno……
