What i would suggest is that staff do a better job of attending to breakfast. You know how many people are staying in your hotel. Make enough empanadas and keep the coffee urn full. "

"All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was limited but okay. I requested a room with a view, but didn’t realize it was 6 floors up—with no elevator! Do I asked for a lower-level room and got one on the third floor. The next night I moved to a lower floor, however, it was very noisy. Good thing I had my ear plugs. The location is fantastic!"
