Check in took a while because of unsuccessful attempts to pay the security deposit via a link that was sent for it (no other options to pay, not even at the property), and on eventually getting into the room, it wasn't cleaned properly - there was hair in the bathroom sink & on the floor, dirt everywhere, stains on the bedsheet, and small ants in the dining area. I informed the manager of my desire to check out early & shared some pictures showing the condition of the place but nothing. No relevant feedback. No accountability! I couldn't stay for the entire duration of the reservation - I left the following morning and didn't get any refund.
Also, note that blanket is provided but there's a drycleaning fee if the duvet was used & the windows cannot be opened per condominium rules. Information I think should be available on the ad.
