「Exceeded expectations! Great location, within 1 block of 2 malls. Great restaurant downstairs thats open until 3am. Breakfast included is a huge bonus with a great selection. Will definitely stay again.」

「It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!」

Quando relatei o problema do chuveiro e pedi uma solução, disseram que não tinha nenhum problema, que era só...
