I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for residents and visitors.」

「The H4 Fortune is a really good choice for the price and location which is excellent. The Staff is amazing and the atmosphere is good. I liked to stay and would return without any doubt.」

「A true nightmare. I arrived and it took 2 hours to get checked in with a virtual assistant via WhatsApp. When inside the room there was feces in the sheets. They did not change from the previous person. Horrible customer service. No front desk. No number to call. They made me sleep in a disgusting room before they could change the next day. Doors were broken and fell in my foot. Bathroom was dirty with broken faucets. Run!!!!」

「El cuarto es bonito, pero el check in, que problema, no entiendo para que hay recepcionistas si no hacen nada, tampoco entiendo para que piden tu información en un documento antes, y en la recepción igual aparte me hicieron esperar en la calle por que el portero no me dejaba pasar hasta que tuviera mi departamento y contraseña, si no fuera por eso estaría bien... a y por cierto la ubicación al momento de picarle que te abra en maps o directo a uber te manda a una dirección equivocada」

Equipe, wifi, ar-condicionado, segurança, silencio. o ruim é que cozinhamos nosso café da manha, por exemplo, e como ficamos 5 dias, ficou ruim por nao ter limpeza diária. teria que pagar. mas no geral, foi tudo bem. um ponto também é que ele fica numa rua ladeirada e se vc estiver com problemas de locomoção, mesmo mínimo que seja, fica ruim para subir a ladeira. mas sendo jovem, esta perfeito.」
