“This was the cutest little boutique-type motel!! Debbie was delightful and such a gracious host/owner. She showed us to our room and some of the amenities in the room, as it had just been freshly cleaned. It had a little kitchenette in the room, which we didn’t use. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Sarasota is one of my top picks to book a getaway from home. I saw this place on Expedia and was impressed by the photos and what it offered for the price. Once we got there it was everything as described. The check in process was quick and easy, the gentleman was very friendly. The room was very clean, nice and spacious, like a one bedroom apartment layout. The pool was a good size and not far away from our room, and offered pool accessories for the kids to use. “I always get nervous with booking small boutique hotels because you never know what you are going to get. Pleasantly surprised with the property. Great location for easy access to the beach and close to the Village. Great attention from all of the staff from check-in which included a tour of the property and the unit and the very kind cleaning staff. Other guests were also respectful with the amount of noise both during the day and at night. Would definitely stay again and have already referred……
