**IMPORTANT Note About the Property Layout**

Please be aware that the main villa you are renting is part of a larger residential building. Adjacent to the villa, there is a small apartment on the right rear side and a studio near the driveway to the left of the maun villa you're renting. These spaces might be occupied by the owners' family or friends, or vacation rental guests occasionally. Rest assured, the spaces are completely separate with private entrances - ensuring no shared access or interaction during your stay.

Your privacy and exclusive use of the villa, all amenities, and outdoor spaces (including the backyard, pool, jacuzzi, and front yard) remain undisturbed. Everything pictured in the listing is solely for your enjoyment.

As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you avoid blocking the gate to the left of the garage door and observe quiet hours BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS.

This is a heritage, very charming Florida villa. Please do not expect everything to be in immaculate shape. We will do our best to make sure issues are addressed properly and in a timely manner (some things can take overnight or longer but most are addressed immediately/same day).
Please, no events, no parties. Small family/friends gatherings are not an issue as long as no loud music or noises (6-8 people max).
The villa offers 4 large flat panel TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a gorgeous dining area, WiFi, extended TV package, gas barbecue grill, beach cart with beach chairs/umbrella, and much more.
Across the street from the neighborhood, there's a Publix shopping plaza with a number of shopping & dining options, a bar area, and a smaller strip plaza with even more options, literally within 5-7 min walking.
The home is located in the heart of South Sarasota, and getting on & off the Key is very convenient.
We can also provide assistance with water sports, boat rentals, fishing, bicycle rentals, local event tickets, etc., assuring preferential rates for our guests through a vast network of affiliate businesses we've built over the last 16 years.
Upon request we can provide the following rentals/services:
- Street legal golf carts
- Bicycles & tricycles
- Motorized scooter(s)
- The ultimate boat tour can be booked (your boat, your captain, no share, at a super reasonable rate, guests only, please)
- Parasailing, canoes, kayaks, jet skis, paddleboards
- Light grocery shopping
- Baby & toddler items
- Private fishing charters and much more...

Please keep in mind that owners charge a $30/night pool maintenance/equipment/heating for the full duration of your stay, no partial requests. You will receive an email or a text message with a link to an invoice, which is separate from all other VRBO charges.
Parties over 6 (adult or child) & up to 10 will be assessed an extra occupancy fee of $29-59/person/night. For example: A party of 8 staying 4 nights will be assessed additional 2ppl X $39 X 4 nights = 2X39X4 = $312
Most pets are welcome. Please be specific about type of pet, breed and weight. Owners charge a $125 pet fee per booking (pets up to 50lb) and will use their discretion for final approval. Pets aren't allowed on furniture, inside the pool, or jacuzzi. Please clean after your pet as additional pet cleaning fees will be assessed up to $1500 depending on how severe the damages, stains, etc. may be.

Please be advised that the villa has
a 24-hour outdoor surveillance system for no soliciting and guest safety purposes.

Please do not expect a hotel experience and if there are a couple of items you might need such as soap, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc., please go ahead and supply them yourself (owners will reimburse up to $25 upon submitting a purchase receipt).
We assure you that you will have a very private and ambient experience and will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.
Please be respectful to owners' space and belongings.
Sarasota offers a very safe & convenient bus transportation system. Uber, Lyft, or regular taxi cabs are great alternatives to public transportation as well. Siesta Key offers free rides from any point on the Key to any point on the Key (tip based).
We can arrange FREE transportation to & from the Key (tip based & based on availability). Please let us know at least one week in advance if interested.
