RVA features Cabana Beach Club. With the majority of units located on the beach side of the exclusive Longboat Key island, including several overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and a handful of others intimately nestled on the bayside, this condominium complex encompasses all the elements of a tropical paradise. The quiet ambiance and relaxed atmosphere of this vacation hideaway, coupled with the natural foliage and perfect location have created a must-see community on Longboat Key. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of your unit to the manicured grounds, will be evident the moment you arrive. The glorious sunrises, the romantic sunsets, the lush tropical flowers abloom everywhere - you will believe you have found a personal paradise in the Cabana Beach Club. Many of our guests return year-after-year to relax and enjoy the area’s many attractions. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, community laundry facilities and complimentary chaise lounges.



Accommodations: Cabana Beach Club is a relaxing retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the northern-end of Longboat Key with several units also located on the bay side. Choose from our various unit styles including one-, two-bedroom and efficiency units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums including TVs, full-sized kitchen or kitchenette, dining room, and modern, beach-styled decorations.

Perfect Beach Location

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the screened patio and the view the beach. There was a nice sandy walkway out to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

A little piece of paradise

What a view and right on the beach. We came down for a short getaway and it was hard to leave. This unit has the best view and it’s like you are literally on the beach. The unit was newly furnished. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The area was nice and non commercialized. It made me want to become a snow bird and spend my entire winter at the beach.

The location of this condo is great. The amenities that it offers is wonderful especially the washer and dryer. The private beach over the holiday weekend was a major plus. The condo has been updated, but the setup of the master bedroom should be reconfigured. When you enter the room, the door hits the nightstand. The lamps were not plugged in as the outlet is located directly behind the bed in the middle. My daughter was able to get one plugged in. There is a huge armoire that limits the walkway to the other side of the bed. We had to inch the tv closer to the edge on top of the armoire so we could get it plugged in. The other bedroom with the 2 twin beds was very spacious as was the living room/kitchen area. Overall, great condo and location.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to add an additional night. We loved the balcony with such a gorgeous view and screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and the furnishings were so lovely. Would definitely return!

Great location!

This is exactly what I expected. It was clean and just a few step onto the beach. I could get up in am and take walks and didn’t have to wait for anyone. It had plenty of extra towels, pillows, linens. Spacious living room and comfortable furniture. Nice size kitchen. It was Apx 15 from downtown St Armands Circle. And there were places to eat close by. Only thing Is they have some construction going on next door. It didn’t really effect us much. They started around 8 am but not sure how it will effect others down the road. Great place. Had queen bed and 2 single beds - 2 bath and washer n dryer. Great view!!

We were on Longboat for my nephews wedding and I am so glad I chose this condo! It was clean, well kept, with an updated kitchen and the location cannot be beat. Toes in the sand

This is the second time we have stayed in this building, different unit. My husband and I just loved this property. All you have to do is go down the stairs and your toes are in the sand. Gorgeous sunsets, and so quiet. It is our favorite, and we will be back!

Clean, easy access, beautiful beach. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced.... other than that it’s our favorite Longboat Beach property thus far.
