Available Dec 20 2022 to Dec 31 2023 only. Short terms of less than 6 month or 12 months lease available - Treehouse in Beautiful Sarasota. Close to all the action that the area has to offer.

Walking distance to Publix, EOS gym, Trader's joe, greek restorant Apolonia,Triple tail restaurant, Alpine butcher, Waltz fish Market , Connors Steak house 8 mn to siesta key beach. Kayak access, nature trail.

Very safe and quiet community. 8 tennis court racquet club.
Unit is newly renovated, washer, dryer, etc...

A rare opportunity to rest and enjoy Florida this winter.
