Stunning new first floor end unit, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on coveted 1st tee with a den. This property has been professionally decorated with modern flair and fine furnishings. Enjoy gorgeous sunny days and cross breezes on your very own front or back lanai. Functional open floor plan lends itself to Florida style living and entertaining. Nicely appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master has king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and large tile walk in shower. There is plenty of room for guests and family. Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen day bed with trundle underneath in the den. Enjoy hours of entertainment as you watch the golfers navigate the first hole on the Commander course. Enjoy the best resort style living in Lakewood Ranch's newest golf Community! Just a short walk to amenities that include CLUBHOUSE WITH RESTAURANT AND BAR, TWO 18 HOLE GOLF COURSES, FITNESS CENTER, RESORT STYLE SWIMMING POOLS WITH OUTDOOR GRILLE AND POOLSIDE SERVICE, A FULL SERVICE SPA , TENNIS COURTS PICKLE BALL, BOCCE BALL AND MORE!
Lakewood National charges a $600 fee to transfer the membership for access to all amenities. There is also a green fee and cart fee. Wonderful Place To Stay at Lakewood National

This 1st story Veranda is as convenient as you can get to all the Lakewood National amenities. We could walk to and from golf, tennis, pickleball, the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse. This condo has the largest footprint of all the Verandas as it is an end unit with 2 good size bedrooms and a den that can comfortably sleep 2 additional adults. The kitchen is well supplied with the usual appliances, blenders and coffee machines, the utensils are plentiful and heavy duty and the pots and pans are brand new. TV's everywhere. The owner was instantaneously responsive to questions. Great stay. 5 star accommodations.

Incredible Location!

Tim and Michelle's property couldn't have been more convenient! We walked to everything! The view is exceptional too as it overlooks the 1st tee of a golf course. Tim was very responsive when we had questions. Comfortable unit. Highly recommend:)

We enjoyed our stay! The condominium is right across the street from the tennis courts and the pool. You have a backyard view of the first tee on the golf course. The condo is spacious and our host was easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a great location in a great development.

Our first experience with VRBO and everything was perfect. Tim, the owner was very easy to deal with. His home was well appointed and beautifully decorated . The location of the unit is perfect. A very short walk to the activity center, club house and pro shop and tennis center.

Great stay at Lakewood Ranch!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! It was perfect location and setup for us during their visit to Sarasota/Bradenton area. Tim was very accommodating at check in and throughout my stay. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We loved the amenities at Lakewood National and are hopeful for the opportunity to stay here again!
