  • Welcome to comfortable, Mid-Century Modern in the heart of quiet Lido Key at the Lido Rondy Home by RVA. Located just outside of historic St. Armand's Circle, in a quieter section of the famous barrier island, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom single level home has been updated to include all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing beach retreat. Large, expansive sliding doors open up to a private pool area and Florida foliage as the warm Gulf breezes drift throughout the spacious home. Decorated using comfortable, MCM styled pieces and ample seating areas this is the ideal spot for entertaining friends, traveling couples or wintering in Florida. The home includes a solar-heated pool, private fenced backyard area, propane grill, private beach access located down the road, stainless steel appliances, luxurious master bathroom with walk-in shower, tile floors throughout, a fireplace and more. The private beach access is accessible via a gate opener provided at check-in so you can enjoy the beach without the crowds. Gold-rated for it's quality and upscale amenities, this vacation home is the perfect spot for the perfect vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Lido Rondy home. It is in a quiet area. Very well situated. Short walk to the wonderful quiet beach and to St.Armands circle.The house has all the things we need. Good kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. The pool is good and kept clean.The house is getting a bit old and could use a little update. The mattresses in the single beds are little worn as are some of the floor mats by the doors.The house was mostly clean but we found cockroaches every morning, half dead on the floor. Probably coming from the A/C.There is a box outside by the garbage bins, that is for electricity and that is broken and open and can be hazardous.Overall though we are very fond of this place and have booked for next year

Tasteful, clean and great area

We spent a couple of months here over the fall, and it is exactly as advertised: not your typically overdone Tommy Bahama VRBO, simple and clean. The pool area is walled and private, with a well screened-in cage. The interior is spacious with an office/open den works well for one who telecommutes. The location is quite nice, a brief bike ride to St Armands, or a $6 Uber to the city. The management company for this property is very responsive, which is a nice change from dealing with an owner. Jeff, in particularly, was very helpful. If i had to make one improvement, I’d add some dimmers to the lighting. We found ourselves constantly unscrewing light bulbs to reduce the blinding light in the kitchen and dinning room. But otherwise, awesome home . Kudos to the owners for creating tasteful environment.
