The space
The Villa has a split plan with 1350 sq. ft. of living space. The living room is huge with a brand new super comfortable sectional sofa, a giant 65” smart tv with cable and Netflix to watch movies. The new kitchen has everything you need including a coffee bar with Nespresso, Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines, Electric Kettle. There is coffee, pods, sugar and cream packets to get you started. There is even a popcorn and panini maker. The 2 bedrooms also have tv's with cable with a smart tv’s. They have black out curtains for sleeping in. The large main bedroom has a comfortable king bed with supportive firm comfy mattress and reading chair next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai. The guest bedroom has a brand new comfortable queen sized bed with firm memory foam mattress. There’s space in this room to place the available extra full size mattress (available in the closet for use) complete with pillows and linens if you have children that want separate beds. There is also a super clean full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large desk with an wireless air HP 6400 printer/scanner along with paper and ink to get things done while you are away. The central air conditioner is brand new to keep you nice and cool. The tranquil Lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink while watching the wildlife around the area. We have cranes, bunnies, squirrels, cardinals, hawks, eagles and more. The kitchen has an eat-in dining table with 4 chairs but you can fit 2 more chairs available around the Villa. Plus there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar. There is full size washer and dryer closet in the Villa for your convenience.
Other things to note
We have 6 Beach chairs (2 taller chairs to get up from easily) an umbrella and Cabana tent for shade all day at the beach. There are beach toys, beach towels, a beach bag and a cooler for your use. Have fun at the Pickle Ball Courts with 4 Pickle ball paddles and balls provided for your convenience. There is a hose in garage sink to connect to the spicket in front of the house to wash sand off for next day. We have games such as Sequence, Uno, Jenga, Cards, Twister, Chess, Checkers and Puzzles to entertain the whole family.
