Family Trip

I booked this trip for my family. My wife and I loved the primary bedroom and primary bathroom. The location was perfect. A five minute walk to the beach. The downtown district of St. Armand was just about a mile from the house. The house was spacious and clean. My brothers family stayed with us for a night because of all the space with the bedrooms. This property was a great value and we will stay there again.

Disappointed

We arrived at the property expecting a dream vacation. We arrived to find that the house was not clean. Floors were absolutely filthy. Couldn’t walk barefoot on the floors because they were so dirty. We arrived with the elevator, not working as well. Staff was quick to try to rectify the elevator situation. Communication was the best thing about this vacation. The outdoor area around the pool was dirty as well. All the tables chairs were covered in a film of dirt. I really wish this property would have been with the pictures reflected.

Would be 5 without alarm issue

First note: the city-mandated pool alarm was set off immediately upon our arrival. A high-pitched shrieking noise very like a car alarm sounds when a door to a pool area is opened without first pressing a small grey button. There is supposed to be a corresponding grey button on the outside to come in, but there was not, and so with each child or adult’s re-entry into the house, this alarm went off. NOT conducive to a relaxing vacation. Rather all our nerves were set on edge. So in spite of the fact that this is a lovely and spacious house in a beautiful area close to the beach & within walking distance to the well-known St. Armand’s Circle, I would ONLY stay there again if the owner installed the buttons on the outside. It may be costly, but it would pay for itself in rentability. If your group doesn’t want to open the doors to the pool area, or if you are fine with using the front door and walking around the house, then rent it. The management company was nice and helpful with several maintenance issues: icemaker needed replacing so they supplied several bags of ice. One toilet gave us problems. Outside outlets on lower front balcony unusable due to something growing inside. The pool area and chairs could have benefited from a pressure washing prior to our arrival. Plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, and cooking tools. But no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. For the 13 people in our group, ages 6-74, it was very comfortable. Lots of towels. Checkout easy.

Our stay on Lido Key

The house is fabulous. Clean, Comfortably accommodates 18 people. Lots to do nearby. Armold Cirxle is a short walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Convemient to the airport. Beach is a little crowded but beautiful. The only thing the house lacked that we would have enjoyed would be some board games.

Beautiful home close to beach

The property description and photos are accurate. This is a lovely home. Stairs were a problem with toddlers but the home has a baby gate that we kept in place. I would suggest providing a gate for each set of stairs.

Location is everything

The house was so close to the beach and walking distance to the circle for food and shopping. We loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom.Upon arrival we were told we didn’t have WiFi for the week but we were provided with hot spots. Over the week the property managers were fantastic about responding to questions we had about the house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub and personally enjoyed the fact that is is pretty shaded back there, especially after coming off the hot beach. Overall it was a great house and we would recommend it.

Great Vacation Place

This is a great vacation home From top to bottom we thoroughly enjoyed this Lido gem! Pool area is the bomb. The spare frig in garage is very convenient. Our group of all adults loved their stay. We're coming back for sure 😊

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 20 (10 adults and 10 kids aged 1-18) had the best time at this property in early August. The house was impeccable and Trevor was so responsive whenever we had questions. We truly have no complaints about this property and are already discussing a return trip. Can't say enough good things!

Lido 2021

PROPERTY WAS GREAT; pool area with fans and big screen were a big hit. We had a handicapped guest with wheels chair, so beach was a bit tough, but house worked well.
