Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota, FL
Breakfast was above average, room very spacious and clean receptionist named Demetris was exceptional, the room wasn’t ready by 4:00 pm and she was outstanding in keeping us informed. With the exception on the food at the restaurant was kind of average the overall experience was very positive

The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch.
