“Unable to get in to property for two and a half hours past check in due to no keys and cleaners arriving after our check in time and cleaning property after owners/ occupants left. Seems they forgot we had booked. All Garbage bins full to the top and left for us to put out BBQ left dirty. No attempt at reimbursement for the inconvenience of sitting outside in the heat waiting to get in. Noisy location and will not be rebooking in the future.”

“This property was just perfect for myself and 2 sisters. The home was right near the park and we walked through the park to the beach every day. It was very spacious with the main bedroom, ensuite and a 2nd lounge area on the bottom floor and the other 2 bedrooms, kitchen, main bathroom and main lounge area upstairs. A great balcony area allowed us to sit outside and have drinks and snacks each evening whilst listening to the ocean and wildlife. The garage area was very spacious and secure with……

Tony was very accommodating when we had to postpone our trip in 2023 when my husband had Covid the day before we were to travel and allowed us to transfer our booking to 2024. “The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the……
