Villa with private heated pool in Sarlat

Beautiful spacious villa of 240 m², located in a green setting of 2000 m², just 1 km from the historic center, on the heights of Sarlat.
From 1 May to 30 September access to the private heated pool (10 m x 5.5 m) maximum depth 1.60 m. Large petanque/ Molky - game room in the garage. Electric gate to close the property. 4-star rating.
The calm at the gates of Sarlat.

On a single floor:
* 1st living room 27 m²
* Large living room of 42 m² semi-open to the kitchen.
* Room (2 beds 90) with bathroom and toilet of 16 m² overlooking private terrace.
* Garage with ping-pong/ darts and table football Bonzini.

On the second floor:
* 2nd living room of 25 m² with fireplace.
* Master suite (1 bed queen size 160), dressing room and bathroom with WC on 40 m²: access to a balcony then the garden by a staircase. Second bathroom access from the hallway.
* Room of 14 m² (2 beds 90).
* Very large room (1 bed queen size 160) of 26 m² with magnificent view and access to the balcony which also gives access to the garden by the staircase.
* Mezzanine with 2 extra beds 90 rather intended for children (reduced ceiling height on a part of the room).
* 1 large bathroom of 7 m².
* 1 WC.

Outside a garden of 2000 m² closed and giving access to:
* a large swimming pool 10 m * 5.5 m maximum depth 1.60 m
* a large Playground for Petanque / Molky 10m* 4m

Towels are provided. You must provide the pool towels but you have the possibility to rent them from the concierge service for 15 € each per stay.

Very good Wifi fiber connection.
Alarm protection for the pool.

We chose not to install air conditioning for ecological reasons: overconsumption of air conditioners and gas used.
The house is very well insulated and the green environment brings freshness in the evening. In addition in summer you will have available air fresheners and the mosquito nets allow to enjoy the outside air.

Wonderful house. Great for a group of friends or family. Plenty of space. Pool closed for the winter when we visited but it looked nice. The host was excellent. The kitchen was well supplied to cook full meals. No complaints.
