「Pros: Clean bathroom clean bed, clean full fridge. Cons: First thing I noticed was how dirty and smelly the 2nd floor hallway carpets were. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the window blinds were ripped/torn, barely clinging onto the window. Hole in the window (possible old AC unit spot) The doorway and walls inside had stains, paint damage. Obvious the door and walls aren't wiped down. I didn't bother opening the pull out bed under the couch as I didn't want to find out what was in...

「The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. 」
