The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant wasn't open Sunday for dinner but we found a good place near by. Breakfast was excellent. The pool, sauna and hot tub were great. The room was clean. Parking was easy and secure.

Front staff was very welcoming and friendly, parking was plentiful, rooms were spotless, and the soaps and hand lotion were high quality. We walked to a local spot for dinner by the water, so can’t comment on the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked really good. Would definitely stay here again!

The epitome of customer service excellence! The Insignia is my the favourite place to stay! The amenities, furnishings and location are just the best. The staff are superior.. always make you feel welcome, so helpful and greet you by name when passing through the lobby. It just doesn’t get any better!
