Upstairs, part of the mezzanine has been redesigned to create a small bedroom with a skylight, offering two additional sleeping spaces with two 80 cm beds close to the floor. This space is more suitable for children. The other part of the mezzanine is furnished as an office. The mezzanine boasts a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the garden, offering a unique view of the Gulf of Morbihan, its tides and ever-changing colors creating a captivating spectacle of the surrounding wildlife throughout the day, where numerous bird species find refuge. The left wing offers a third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed or two 80 cm beds, a wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), and small storage, as well as an adjoining shower room with toilet. A 3000 m² enclosed garden with mature trees completes the setting. A low stone wall marks the garden's boundary before you reach the coastal path and the gulf, accessible via a gate.
