Tolle Reise

Super Ausblick vom Balkon. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf der Insel. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und insgesamt auf Rügen sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Kurz gesagt: Rügen ist eine Reise wert.

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Boxspringbett war sehr komfortabel. Empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung direkt oberhalb der Sassnitzer Promenade und des Nationalparks Jasmund. Highlight ist der wunderschöne Balkon mit grandiosem Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Hygienemaßnahmen wurden während Corona mehr als erfüllt. Auch der Kontakt zu Familie Mann und zu Herrn Krüger war ebenfalls sehr nett, alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleiner Makel. Diese Dusche müsste Mal einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden und die alten Silikonfugen getauscht werden. Ansonsten top.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Die Lage in Sassnitz ist insgesamt super. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sind mit Miet-Moped durch Rügen gefahren. Vielen Dank an Bellini Service - die Betreuung auch in Corona-Zeiten war top!

Hervorragende Aussicht, Parkmöglichkeiten leider sehr eingeschränkt, Fewo u. Ausstattung i. O.

Die exponierte Lage rechtfertigt den hohen Preis. Allerdings hätten wir bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen erwartet, dass das Wäschepaket wenigstens einmal noch getauscht wird. Ärgerlich war für uns, dass die Fewo zwar für Nichtraucher ausgewiesen ist, aber der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon leider durch Raucher in benachbarten Fewo beeinträchtigt wurde. Ausserdem fanden leider im gesamten Urlaubszeitraum Bauarbeiten unterhalb unseres Balkons statt (teilweise früh zeitig sehr laut). Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer unmittelbar neben der Eingangstür im öffentlichen Bereich liegt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Hafenpromenade, Bäcker ist auch gleich vor Ort und die Altstadt lockt mit zahlreichen Angeboten. Zum Nationalpark jasmund ist es ebenfalls nur einen katzensprung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gepasst

Von den im Internet gezeigten Bildern haben wir uns eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung erhofft, wurden allerdings enttäuscht. Das Appartement 302 wurde als Ferienwohnung für vier Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern angeboten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich, Garderobe, Stellplatz für Reinigungsgeräte und Schlafplatz (Doppelbett). Ein zweites Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein Einzelbett im angrenzenden Durchgangszimmer zum Wohn/Küchenbereich, gegenüber des Bades. Die vierte Schlafmöglichkeit wäre demnach die Couch im Wohnbereich. Die Ausstattung hat gepasst, ist aber zum Teil nicht auf dem neuesten Stand (Bad). Der Balkon verdient 5 Sterne, weil groß, neu und fantastischer Ausblick. Es fehlt der Hinweis, das der Stellplatz für das Auto sehr eng ist, wir hatten Probleme mit dem Fahrradträger am Auto einzuparken. Alles in allem ist der Preis für dieses Appartement in der Nebensaison nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Sassnitz und haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Blick auf die Ostsee und den Hafen von Sassnitz ist ein Traum. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Toller Ausblick in einfacher Ferienwohnung

Der Ausblick ist natürlich grandios und war auch unser Grund diese Ferienwohnung zu mieten. Der Empfang durch den beauftragten Dienstleister erfolgte freundlich und verlief reibungslos. Leider ist die Reinigung nur oberflächlich gründlich erfolgt und hat merklich Raum für Verbesserungen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung aber ohne Besonderheiten. Eine (Tee-)Kanne war beispielsweise nicht vorhanden. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas abgenutzt und eine 1990er Jahre Zweckbau mit Bäderarchitektur Fassade. Etwas Farbe täte dem Gebäude gut. Die Lage ist neben dem Ausblick in Sassnitz und zur Erkundigung der Umgebung sehr gut.

Fazinierender Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Ob Frühstück oder Abendbrot....man möchte einfach jede Minute nutzen, um die traumhafte Aussicht zu geniessen. Der Balkon ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig mit viel Stauraum und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht...perfekt

Geräumiges, modernes Apartment mit Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee

Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und relativ neu, die Zimmer in hervorragendem Zustand. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man wunderbar mit tollem Blick direkt auf die Ostsee. Es gibt auch einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Keller. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Hafengebiet ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Der einzige Nachteil hat nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun: Sassnitz ist am einigen Orten nett renoviert; es gibt aber Ecken, an denen nichts gemacht wurde und die langsam verfallen. Wenn man im Meer baden will und Sandstrand mag, muss man raus nach Binz oder Glowe. Dafür ist der Königsstuhl per Wanderung am Ufer erreichbar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Ausblick ist gigantisch!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Ausblick ist gigantisch! Sassnitz ist auch im Winter eine Reise wert, Wind und Wellen sind bestens geeignet, um abzuschalten. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir das sehr bequeme Boxspringbett und die komfortable Schlafcouch. Wir werden im Sommer wiederkommen, wenn der neue Balkon steht!
