From here, you have easy access to the beach at Mukran/Prora, the Baltic Sea resorts, or island excursions, without having to drive through the entire city first. It’s about 800 metres to the city centre and about 1.5 kilometres to the harbour. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. City buses also run in town. In addition to the harbour with its long outer pier, sightseeing boats, fishing boats, and numerous restaurants, Sassnitz also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. The bungalow-style house stands on a lot of approximately 490 square metres with parking spaces right next to the house as well as bicycle storage. The house features a patio with patio furniture and a grill in the garden. Wi-Fi is available in the house.
