「Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended. 」

「The property is an older unit but it has everything you could need for a great stay. The owner was quick to fix an issue we had with a provided beach chair. We are looking forward to coming again! 」

「Excellent location. Very clean. Very quiet. Only thing i would change...early morning adult only swim is crossed off the sign. I'd reimplement that. Maybe enforce pool rules (no boogie boards, no running or jumping into poo) a little better」

「My family and I stayed here for three nights before heading off to Disney. Property proximity to and view of the beach were amazing. All the things you needed for a great day(s) at the beach were already in the condo. Check in was super easy and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cocoa Beach!」

「We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back! 」
