"Great little place. Only stayed one night so we didn’t use many amenities or get to check out much of the resort. The room and the staff that we did deal with were all excellent! We will be back when we can stay longer. Maybe on the RV side of the resort next time!"

"Great property located right across from Salt Springs. Cabin had all the amenities thoughtfully provided and everything was stress free. I would like to make special mention of Rosie, the host. Her communication was excellent before, during and after. We had an emergency at home that changed our plans late at night and she was quickly responsive and very understanding. She was greatly appreciated."

"Great stay always love this location very quiet and relaxing. Hot tub had an issue contacted host very nice and responded right away. It was fixed the next day but storms seem to come before we get to go on vacation. Overall very nice and relaxing long weekend. Sunsets are spectacular from the hot tub. My favorite!! Can’t wait to come back for the second half. Very enjoyable stay."
WATERFRONT RETREAT ON DEEP RIVER WITH LG DOCK AMAZING VIEWS & WILDLIFE

"Dunn's Creek Retreat is a very nice place right on the creek between the St. John's River and Crescent Lake. Excellent for fishing and boating enthusiasts. We found a shallow sand bar near Dunn's Creek State Park, just right for swimming with our 11 & 8 year old grand kids. The home is well furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment, cookware, dinnerware and such. The washer and dryer were convenient for keeping up with our laundry, boat towels and household items. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened-in porch every morning and supper there in the afternoons after the storms cooled down the heat. (our stay was during the end of June)Frank is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to all of our questions and needs. I highly recommend this spot for anyone that loves staying on the waterfront for boating, fishing and enjoying the wildlife scenery ! !"
