「Clean rooms and the staff was great!」

「The hotel is dated and needs a major remodel. Stay was good just for 1 night and for being pet friendly. Staff were great and very nice!」

「Brought my nephew for a little getaway. We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel. Tons of food options .. though the 12 year old seemed mostly interested in the Sugar Factory (big hit!!) .. enjoyed the pool immensely .. overall great service, friendly employees, beds comfortable .. would choose Hard Rock again!」

「This was a quick stop in on our travels to Destin from Southeast Texas. This location was a good beach view hotel with close restaurant options and a nice pool overlooking the beach. Perfect little stop in place. I can't truly leave all "excellent" stars across the board because we stopped in at 7pm and left out by 9am and didn't eat breakfast on site. But check in and out was a breeze, the room was a good size, pool area was clean. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」

「The hotel was very clean smelled awesome. There was some time that it smelled very strongly of marijuana, but I guess it’s a legalize that that is something that we have to get used to the parking was adequate. I did not use the laundry. All the staff was very helpful, but one person and he was very rude to my son When we took the towels to get clean towels you did not bring me these towels is dirty no dirty no dirt on my towels no dirt on my towels very rude and my son is mentally incompetent....

「One of my favorite Hilton hotels due to the amenities and the staff. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and very helpful when checking in and checking out. They always have the Customer first attitude. I stay at the Gulfport I 10 every time I come through Gulfport Mississippi. I highly recommend them.」

「This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!」

「Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains.」
