「I booked this property through Expedia, and shortly afterward the management company attempted to cancel my reservation without explanation. When I explained that I needed the rental for my wedding, they agreed to honor it - but only if i rebooked through their own portal, which gave me little confidence that I wouldn’t run into billing issues.
A few days before the wedding, they attempted to cancel the reservation again, sending a text stating I had 24 hours to sign a new document or risk...

Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. Issue could not be resolved by property manager as we were told to open the windows which also were...
