"There was really no continental breakfast as stated and had food that was provided was a couple items that were not appetizing which caused me to just go out for breakfast. "

"I didn’t like the staff at all, very rude and inattentive. I waited for 20 minutes to get checked in bc she was outside smoking. When I left I was trying to talk to a manager but again nobody was at the desk and I rang the phone and bell and nobody came. I got tired of waiting and just left"

"The property is in bad shape. Hallways, rooms, and lobby are all dirty. We at least were able to switch from one room that smelled like damp musky pets to a one just a little better. AC units did a poor job to keep the room at even 70 when cranked all the way up. Showers took 10 mins to give warm water both days. Garbage all over the outside. Took one look at breakfast and turned around. Wish I could get my money back."

"Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is kinda far when washing your hands. The hot tub was nice and warm, the timer stayed on so you did not have to get out and turn it back in. Pool was clean, just too chilly for me. Towel supply was fully stocked in pool area. Breakfast had choice of 2 different waffle batters, first time I had seen that as well as regular size waffle maker and 4 small waffles. The lady working the breakfast was very nice. Property was back off the beaten path but was quiet location. Definitely would stay there again if ever we are in Omaha again!"
