Lovely location, but property needs much better maintenance. A 10 light switch would solve the most dangerous health & safety breach, in the living room. A broken bed. Shower unusable. Loose floor tiles in bathroom. Decking on the terrace full of gaps, creating a trip hazard for the kids. Hopefully puffin cottages, sort these asap.
Bed broken. Propped up by a stone?!
Dishwasher fixings in bottom of dishwasher.
No shower curtain/glass & broken shower head.
Loose tiles - bathroom floor.
