“This place was a home away from home. Simple and quaint!! Marie and John were wonderful host. They shared local favorites for restaurants and beaches. Told us where to snorkel with turtles and what were things we had to do while there. We suggest you rent a car as you are away from the tourist area but that is exactly what we wanted. The beach out front did not disappoint. You can still drive a short distance to get to all the hustle and bustle and the tourist attractions and then return back……

“We loved being a little outside of the main resort area (a very short drive). Still plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant on site but we will be back. The only claification maybe is the beach is a public beach--they all are in Aruba. And it's about a half block walk to the entrance to the beach. Out front is water but no beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. You do……

“Was wonderfull”

“The view from our second floor balcony could not have been better. Apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect size for two people. The area was reasonably quiet. The ocean was just steps away, right across the road. On-site parking was a plus. The area was not nearly as crowded as Oranjestaad, far more relaxing. ”

“The location was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning. The unit itself met our needs however the bed was extremely hard. The communication with the host was challenging and did cause me concern as trying to get a response to my questions or concerns was difficult. But all in all it turned out Just fine. ”

“Excellent location opposite the beach with a supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk.”

“Very poor response from Host. Twice no response at all. Also, the unit's bathroom and shower had a lot of mold! And the unit had ants. Sometimes, no hot water. It was listed as beachfront, but the beach was a rock cliff.Disappointing! ”
