"Home was fun and eclectic, interior was very clean and all appliances and items in the kitchen were perfect for all our family needs for cooking. Location was as expected, not much to do on the lake so it's great if looking to go fishing or just have some down time to relax. The hot tub is an old model and unfortunately was not clean or usable during our stay, owner did try to find someone to come take care of it but wasn't able to locate a company to clean and refresh. It's a small town so it happens but was definitely a bummer as we were hoping to enjoy this amenity for our 4 night stay. I rarely use VRBO so not sure if it was the "norm" but just fyi bedding and towels are an additional expense. There was salt & pepper & coffee filters provided. Comfortable bedding & pillows and downstairs sofa very comfy as well. We had a great time overall and would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time in the Clarksville area!"
