“We will not stay at this location ever again. Upon arriving, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes and we had to be given a second room. At first, the clerk told us there was nothing available, but when I explained the smell, he found a second room instantly. This room smelled heavily of cleaning products as well febreeze trying to cover up other odors. The third room had dirty towels and we requested new towels that never came. There were also two cockroaches by the AC unit that we reported.……

“the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is……

“Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking……
