“the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. “The elevator was down for our entire stay. This was extremely inconvenient for my spouse, who is disabled especially since our room was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was poor with very little to choose from.It was cold and bacon was limp and looked nothing like bacon. The bed was very uncomfortable and I felt every moment from my spouse. There also was an old plastic phone protector that was left under the top bed sheet. Only positive, was that the staff were very friendly.”

“I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor. Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part. 1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting. The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite, No ceiling fans……
