"Hotel was better than expected after reading the reviews, first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned when we went to it so we were upgraded to a better room, used pool and sauna, pool was nice and warm, would be nice if it was included in the price but the £6 charge each wasn’t too bad. "Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable."
