Phenomenal place! We actually added a night after we were here only two hours!! We booked this room the night before, as it was raining where we were, which was amazing we could get it with such short notice. There is no upgrade available, so that’s not on them, I was a bit saddened that we should get breakfast normally with my Expedia status, which they don't offer, but Expedia said we should get a $40 credit at a restaurant on premise, but we heard nothing of that, instead got a free drink in the bar, which we didn’t use, but I didn’t ask about it either, so that’s on me…. It was a really great few nights in a beatific complex!

Zu viele Ameisen in den Zimmern, Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, Heizung im Bad ließ sich nicht ausstellen, die Matratze im unterem Schlafzimmer war wie schwerer Seegang wenn man zu zweit im Bett lag.

Owners Property with lovely view. Well equipped and proportioned. Comfortable beds and good furniture, heating and bathrooms etc. Let down by there being no breakfast facilities despite Expedia charging additional amount for this. Also, ants in room and slight smell from drains. Great location and some awesome sailing boats.

Super fine lejligheder - stedet er forholdsvis dyrt, men man får også meget for pengene. Poolområdet er super flot, og der bliver ikke sparet på hverken poolhåndklæder eller service fra de unge gutter der holder pool-området.. Personalet i poolbaren kunne godt lære at oppe sig lidt - alting går ekstremt langsomt, og med mange internationale gæster kunne deres engelsk-kundskaber godt være bedre. Maden i poolbaren er absolut heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for, hvilket betyder at meget få har lyst til andet end drikkevarer herfra..

Sehr schönes, komfortables Appartement. Sehr sauber. Resort und Umgebung am Hafen sind sehr schön, es hat mehrere nutzbare Restaurants, diverse Läden, Bars und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Pool sehr schön, genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Sehr guter Empfang an der Reception. Wir konnte das Auto in der Tiefgarage parken. Alles war wirklich sehr gut und wir waren äusserst zufrieden.

Not worth the money
We‘ve spent three nights at this hotel. First things first... we booked this hotel as we were under the impression that there is a private beach. Pictures and descriptions on booking portals nevertheless missguide the travellers completely though. The reception told us it‘s owned by the same management but it‘s not part of the hotel. EUR 40 would be the charge for a couple per day, ridiculous! I‘d almost call it a scam to attract guests. When we checked it out, not even worth to spend anything at all; bit shabby and dated... The pool area at the hotel is gorgeous though, pics advertising absolutely reflect the truth! But be aware you need to buy a bathing cap at EUR 3 per guest. Never seem anything like that in a resort and still wondering what for... Third thing never experianced anywhere in a lifetime; breakfast is limited to TWO (!) eggs per person and it can only be scrambled eggs, the kitchen was generous enough to offer us fried eggs after insisting. Same applies for coffee, only one cup each is included in the room price and only one croissant each, we didn’t bother to check about the other items but probably applies to all of them. Breakfast is served but no menu. Attention; you are not told about those restrictions in advance only once the second - chargable - serving arrives. Personally i find this not acceptable and inappropriate, the room prize would definately justify at least a refill of coffee. Other than that the hotel was nice, pool stunning etc.

Wonderful property with a spectacular view

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Alles andere war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Ich selbst arbeite in einem 5* Hotel in Hamburg und habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Die Rezeption war sehr unorganisiert. Das Resort hat insgesamt 3 Restaurants. Einen Tisch für 2 Personen findet man leider vergebens. Der Standardspruch war: „Reservation? Sorry, we are booked!“ Wir haben sogar angeboten, dass wir gerne noch warten, bis ein Tisch frei wird (die Mehrzahl der Tische waren nicht besetzt oder wurden einfach nicht abgeräumt). Eine gewisse Anzahl an Plätzen sollten für die Hotelgäste vorgesehen werden. Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt, dass wir gerne jederzeit kostenfrei den Pool nutzen dürfen. So einfach war es dann allerdings doch nicht. Unserer Zimmernummer war ein falscher Name zugeordnet. Aufgrund dessen wollte man uns erst keinen Zutritt gewähren. Nachdem wir dann beweisen konnten, dass wir das Zimmer gebucht haben, gab es dann wieder Probleme mit den Plätzen. Alles war reserviert für Außerhausgäste, warum sollte es am Pool auch anders sein. Das WLAN hatte eine sehr schlechte bis keine Verbindung. Dieses Hotel nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten bei teilweise schlechter Bewertungen bei Tripadvisor lange gezögert und dann über Expedia ein gutes Angebot für 8 Übernachtungen gefunden. Wir haben Seaveiw gebucht und bekamen dann ein Upgrade auf ein doppelstöckiges Appartement, welches uns sehr erfreut hat. Der Ausblick war grandios. Wir waren über dem Conad Geschäft und der Rezeption - weit genug weg von der Poollounge, wo an den Wochenende gerne gefeiert wird. Wir hatten also unsere Ruhe und einen tollen Ausblick beim Aufwachen! Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht im Appartement, aber man kann für € 5 im nahe Waschsalon innerhalb von 30 min eine riesige Menge waschen. Waschmittel incl. Dort ist dann auch der Trockner, was wir nicht wollten. Wir haben wirklich nur einen Trockenständer vermisst. Täglich kamen die sehr netten Reinigungsdamen und haben sogar den Kaffee für die Nepressomaschine und die Tabs für die Spülmaschine nachgefüllt, die Abfalleimer geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Strandtücher wurden einmal gewechselt. Am Pool, der für die Resortgäste kostenlos ist, bekommt man aber auch noch Handtücher. Die Preise im Resort sind im Supermarkt und auch in den Restaurants überhaupt nicht übertrieben! Alle Preise sind angemessen und die Restaurants wirklich gut. Die Eisdiele hatte jetzt in der Nebensaison leider nur am Wochenende auf. Das Eis dort ist hervorragend. Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz je Appartement etc. pp. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt

Great place to relax
The hotel was perfect for our long family stay. The rooms modern, clean very spacious. Large patio with water vire was very relaxing. There are many trendy shops, great restaurants and an ok grocery store. Laundry room is a big plus. The pool has great views and good restaurant too. We were very happy there.

Location, specialmente al tramonto, molto bella e suggestiva. Struttura relativamente nuova ma già un po' decadente. Appartamenti belli, ma non tenuti bene: mobili rovinati, porta-asciugamani non fissati bene al muro... Pulizia mediocre: sporcizia sotto al tappeto, sulla terrazza, nei sanitari. Non si se ci tornerei: penso non valga la spesa.

Hidden Treasure

High quality apartment, just a little bit remote
Beautiful apartments and marina complex. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped. All of the staff were pleasant and always happy. My only negative comments are that the marina is slightly remote in terms of location - you definitely need a car if you want to travel off the complex, and some of the marina facilities (supermarket, shops, salon) open very restricted hours (if at all) in quiet season (we visited in early October). This was a shame as we really would have used the facilities more if they would have been open and meant that we had to travel to buy essentials that we had hoped to get from the marina supermarket or shops.

Tengo a precisare che gli appartamenti (non si tratta di camere come purtroppo sono nominati) del Resort Baia Scarlino sono "pezzi unici" nel senso che non esiste uno uguale all'altro per taglio e dimensioni. Dovendo indicare una misura per ogni tipologia dobbiamo per forza fare una media. L'appartamento da lei occupato misura 60mq ai quali si aggiungono 130mq di terrazza attrezzata con sedie, tavolo, lettini e ombrelloni.
