"We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too. We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special. "Everything was nice until we woke up with a shower coming out of the ceiling in the entrance. The staff told us it was because of a new AC system and it happens from time to time. So instead of repairing it, they take the cahnces it won,t leak the night they rent the room. C'mon."

"First impressions good in reception, room was a ok,carpet tatty for a superior room but clean enough,comfy bed,very quiet. Cups and glasses too small to be useful in room and no teaspoons,just wooden sticks! Servicing of room hit and miss, you needed to order replacement toilet roll,tea and coffee through QR code on app,had to request emptying the bins, Breakfast good and plentiful. Bar nice,staff very friendly, choice of food a bit limited in the evening, although pizza was on room service menu,couldn't order that in the bar when requested,which was a shame. Outside hotel not very nice, didn't venture out at night, as felt unsafe. Good location straight into station for trams,metro and trains for getting around the City in the day and eurostar."
