「The hotel was a fairly short walk from the convention center. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent. Making my own waffles was fun and delicious. I wish they would've had whipping cream and berries to put on the waffles. The room had a nice view. My only complaint about our room was we were on a non smoking floor and we had noisy smokers staying above us so we could hear and smell them. I ran the kitchen exhaust fan and that helped cover up their noise and dispensed...

「great」

「👍」

「我入住6个晚上，中间要求三次打扫卫生，结果一次也没打扫，服务员很高冷，每天停车还需要30美元，表示不会再选择，差评」

「Obviously an older property . Rooms are small and showing their age, Especially the bathroom and shower in particular .」

「The pictures make this motel seem worse than it is. We stayed in room 30, which was way more updated than the photos. The bed and surfaces were clean. There was not a bad smell. The floors were pretty rough. I didn’t let my socks or bare feet touch the ground. The fridge and freezer worked. Never used the tv, ice machine, or requested help so idk how all that is. It was Halloween night and the area was pretty quiet. Never felt unsafe. Didn’t have any problems with the room key or door.」

「We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.」

「Clean room great staff breakfast was good and a well-maintained facility」

「It was great」

「Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!」

「It was great and in a perfect location downtown」

「First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...
