Sehr guter Vermieter!

Leider konnten wir das App. wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht beziehen. Anstandslos und völlig unkompliziert wurde eine Ersatzunterlunft (Hotel) für uns gebucht. Absolut unkomplizierter Vermieter. Vielen Dank noch mal!

Entlüftung der Wohnung

Leider funktioniert das Abluftsystem im Hochhaus nicht perfekt, wir konnten aber zum Glück immer das Fenster offen lassen. Ansonsten passt es......für uns.

Leider konnten wir nicht verreisen, da unsere Tochter, und Tag später auch wir krank geworden sind. Aber, die gesamte Kommunikation und Kulanz von dem Vermieter- waren TOP! Verständnisvoll und zuvorkommend. Danke nochmal
