The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel. The property has a delightful vintage character, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort……

“Hotel was great. Spacious room, extremely clean. Location is good, a pleasant 15-20 minute walk along a lovely riverside park, to the old town. Lots of parking, and the staff on reception were friendly and gave an excellent service”

Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.”

“Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.”
