「+: Free tram ticket to connet the city cneter is the biggest advantage to us. -: Everything is ok but just the room to us is noisy becuase the raindrops keep hit the metal outside of the window. It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. 「We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English. 「The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the Kramerbrucke, the hotel is modern and tasteful and the rooms were perfect. There was limited and very tight parking at the hotel, but the sister hotel car park is only a short walk away. The friendly staff and great food also added to a fantastic stay in Erfurt.」

「Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke bei geöffnetem Fenster, aber das muss man bei der gewählten Lage des Hotels einfach hinnehmen. Ich komme gerne wieder.」

「Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Übernachtung im Hotel und dem reichhaltigen und umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet, mit zwei Stühlen und einem Relaxsessel, was eher selten ist.」
